GAMMA LED VISION LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Gamma Led Vision hereby warrants to the original purchaser, that Gamma Led Vision products to be free from manufacturers defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years (Indoor Products) and one year on any (Outdoor IP-65 rated) products. This warranty shall only be valid if the product is purchased within the United States of America.

Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and its nontransferable. To exercise this warranty original purchaser must provide sales receipt as proof of purchase and warranty starts at original date of purchase.

2. Products with rechargeable batteries to be free from manufacturers defect in material and workmanship for a period of six months.

3. Warranty excludes discharge lamps and all product accessories.

4. For warranty service, product must be shipped only to Gamma Led Vision In its original packaging. No accessories should be shipped with product, if any accessories are shipped with the product, Gamma Led Vision will not be responsible or have any liability for the loss or damage of such accessories. Shipping cost must be prepaid. After evaluation, if product is determined to be under warranty, Gamma Led Vision will pay for shipping back to the original customer and only within the United States Territory.

5. This warranty is void if the product is modified in any matter, serial number or label be removed, or product has been damaged or misused and not in accordance with guidelines and or user manual. Gamma Led Vision determines product falls under warranty, it will replace any parts and labor at its expense to warranty the product by reason of defect in materials or workmanship at the sole discretion of Gamma Led Vision.

6. B-stock products have a warranty of 90 days.

7. Used products have a warranty of 30 days.

8. G-Truss: GAMMA LED VISION LLC warrants G-Truss products this product for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase or date of manufacture*, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

• The date of manufacture will be used as the warranty period start date in cases where there is greater than a twelve (12) month difference between the date of manufacture and the date of purchase. example, if a product having a manufacture date of JANUARY 2017 is purchased in MARCH 2018, the warranty period will commence in JANUARY 2017.

This is not a contract.
This warranty does not include any service maintenance, periodic checkup.
Accessories are not covered in any way by this warranty.
This warranty is limited in the time periods specified above.
Under no circumstance shall Gamma Led Vision be liable for any loss, damages, or injuries direct or indirect or consequential, arising from the use or misuse or inability to use the product by the customer. This warranty written is only applicable to Gamma Led Vision products and surpasses any other warranties. The limited warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Damage to the product resulting from acts of god such as hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, lightning, extreme temperatures, salinity, radiation, vibrations which exceeds the products IP rating. Voltage fluctuations which exceed the products power rating provided on the manual will also not be covered. Failure to maintain the product in accordance with the manual instructions can lead to fixture issues. Slight variations and degradation on LED color shift/brightness is normal overtime and does not affect the functionality of the product and use for its intended purpose.

Gamma LED Vision is not responsible and offers no warranty for any third party accessories such as Clamps, cables, fluids, wireless devices, and lamps that bear a name other than Gamma LED Vision. We are not responsible for the removal, reinstallation or shipping of products. It’s solely the responsibility of the purchaser. If products do fall under warranty, Gamma LED Vision will pay for the return shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). 

In order to properly return a product for warranty review, instructions goes as follows:

2. Go to “Support” tab
3. Click on “Request Form/Return Policy” tab
4. Read the return policy and fill out the  Request Form and submit.

If a product is returned and we find that it does not fall under warranty, a $50 bench charge per product may be issued.

LIGHTSHARK LIMITED WARRANTY

All products come with a two-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship excluding normal wear and tear caused by force, negligence or misuse of product. Products returned for warranty service may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the service center.

Customer is responsible for backing up data/programming as service/repair may cause loss of data or programming. Customer is also responsible for providing proof of purchase. Seller is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by misuse or improper handling of their product and in accordance to instructions and specifications on the manual. If discovered that the problem was simply a software update and no parts were needed to be replaced, this will not be covered by warranty and a service fee will be charged.

WORK PRO LIFTERS LIMITED WARRANTY

All products come with a Two-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship excluding normal wear and tear caused by force, negligence or misuse of product.

Products returned for warranty service may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the service center. Customer is responsible for providing proof of purchase.
