Return Policy

RETURN POLICY  

Items purchased and shipped from GAMMALEDVISION.COM can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in some cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. All items being returned have a 15-25% restocking fee considering items are in brand new condition, never used and all packaging and accessories intact. Otherwise, if upon inspection items are not in same condition “as new” a higher fee may be applied  

Some items are nonrefundable or may have special return and shipping policy. Such as special order items, GT-truss, software-based products, WORK PRO Lifters, package deals, B-stock and used items. 

RMA form is required with all returns and customer must contact Gamma Led Vision and obtain an RMA case number under the support tab on our website.  Once we receive and inspect the product, an email will be sent to customer with approval or

rejection of your refund. 

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items to Gamma Led Vision and shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gamma Led Vision is not responsible for any damages during return shipping process. 

Customer also responsible for insurance on the items being returned for full amount of product. 

EXCHANGES AND REPAIRS 

If your product is within the warranty period, please open a new support RMA ticket on the SUPPORT tab on our website and we will proceed with repair or replacement of your product.  Replacements are only available within 30 days on factory defect products only and must be returned unused and as new with original packaging.  please refer to warranty terms and details under the support tab on our webpage. 

Before returning any item photograph the item for your records. 

Any items being returned without any paperwork, RMA approval will automatically be rejected or put-on hold until customers provide necessary paperwork.

Charges- Return for Repair- See Warranty disclosure. If not under warranty, the price would vary based on the cost of parts and the labor needed to repair the unit. It depends on the unit and the issues that the unit has. On all non-warranty repairs, a written estimate will be provided via email. Customers will be notified on all charges for repair and shipping before proceeding. Customer must approve and payment must be made in order to proceed. There will be a bench fee charge of $50 for non-warranty products, whether labor is performed or not. This product will not be shipped back unless bench fee is paid. 

If any product is not claimed after repair quote is given, then Gamma LED Vision has the right to dispose or resell unclaimed product(s) after 90days.

All shipping charges to Gamma LED Vision must be prepaid. If determined that the product falls within the warranty terms, Gamma LED Vision will pay the return shipping charges only within the US territory, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Dealer or customer will pay all shipping costs, including parts and repairs for non-warranty products.
